WARRANTY

PLEASE READ OUR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY BELOW

This E-Revel LLC product is warranted only to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials or

workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.

During the warranty period, repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor,

provided that the customer can provide proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable

parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials

or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or

other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service

performed by anyone who is not authorized by the company to service the product

or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the

written permission of E-Revel, LLC.

All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular

purpose, terminate 90 days from the date of the original purchase.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,

SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

E-Revel LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for

breach of any express warranty on this product.

Repairs and replacements have a 90 day warranty.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY

ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE
